This simple gin cocktail lets the alcohol and pink lemon juice combine and blend. This highball drink is a perfect weekend drink. I love an easy drink. It's especially something with gin.

Gin Cocktail

Ingredients

2 oz Gin

1 oz Pink Lemon

1/2 oz Simple Syrup

Dash of light purple glitter

Top with Soda or Sparkling Water

Garnish: Pink Lemon Wedge

Recipe: In a cocktail shaker with ice, pour gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup. Dash in edible light purple glitter. Close and shake until cold. Strain into a highball glass with ice. Top with your favorite light mixer. I'm super lazy so I tend to go with sparkling water. Also highly recommend a seltzer or something bubbly. The carbonation helps with the gin.
