This Gin Cocktail is going to spark something in you. I love taking a simple cocktail and making it fancier. The combination of gin and creme de violette makes a sweet but not overpowering taste.

Gin Cocktail
Ingredients
1 1/2 oz Gin
1/2 oz Creme de Violette
1/2 oz Lime Juice
1/2 oz Simple Syrup
Garnish: Lime Wedge
Recipe: In a cocktail shaker with ice, pour gin, creme de violette, lime juice, and simple syrup. Close and shake until cold (about ten seconds). Strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.
