This past weekend, my aunt came into town and spent some time with my parents. I was tasked with making her a festive Mocktail with fall vibes.
Apple Mule
Mocktail
Ingredients
1 1/2 oz Apple Cider
1 oz Lime Juice
Splash of simple syrup
Two Sprigs of Rosemary
Top with Ginger Beer
Garnish: Apple Slice, Rosemary Sprig, and Lime Wedge
Recipe: In a cocktail shaker, muddle rosemary and splash of simple syrup. Add ice then lime juice and apple cider. Close and shake until cold (about ten seconds). Strain into a mule glass wtih ice. Top with ginger beer. Garnish with an apple slice, rosemary sprig, and lime wedge.
This is a sipping one! You kind of let the drink mix naturally. I like to serve stuff like this at low key parties like this so that a person can just sip and chill while I make other drinks or chill myself.
