Rabbit Hole is an up and coming distillery in Lexington, KY. Visiting it reminded me of going to see the Guinness Brewery in Baltimore, MD, it's a modern building with a distinct look and branding appeal. I loved the building and the way that the company had set itself apart from the other bourbon distilleries.
I did a tour and a tasting at their beautiful top level bar. It has a great view of the city and perfect for when you want to enjoy a cocktail and a quiet space at night! I highly recommend checking this place out! My favorite of the options was the rye whiskey. I purchased the bottle to come home and create cocktails. Here's what I came up with.
