Elegant Mocktail Mixology: Strawberry Lemonade Edition

This Summer has been so hot that I've been craving something sweet. This pretty lemonade perks me up.

Ingredients

1 oz Lemon Juice

1 oz Simple Syrup

4 Strawberries (thinly sliced and muddled)

Dash of Pink Glitter

Top with Sparkling Water or Mineral Water

Garnish: Strawberry

Whenever I make a highball with ice, I always use a glass straw. I'm a sipper when it comes to drinking and this glass straw is perfectly chic and eco friendly. You can also wash it easily.

Recipe: In a cocktail shaker, muddle strawberry slices and simple syrup. Add ice. Then pour lemon juice. Dash in a half teaspoon pink glitter. Close and shake until cold (about ten seconds). Strain into a highball glass with ice. Top with sparkling water or mineral water. Garnish with a strawberry.
