The last of my Chambord was something I wanted to use and make it count. When I went berry picking and got these gorgeous blackberries, I knew it was the perfect fruit pairing. I love the sweetness and natural color.

This is definitely a sipping cocktial. It's sweet and bright, perfect for adding a little more champagne when you want to. I love a champagne cocktail that can really enjoy it and make it to your taste.

Recipe: In a cocktail shaker, muddle blackberries. Add ice then lime juice, chambord, and gin. Close the shaker and shake until cold (about fifteen seconds). In a coupe glass, place one sugar cube. From the shaker, double strain the contents into the coupe glass on top of the sugar cube. Top with Champagne. Garnish with blackberries.
