Myrna Loy is my Icon

Myrna Loy is one of my favorite actresses. I feel in love with her watching The Thin Man and I've seen so many of her movies since then. She played a variety of characters throughout her career but the ones that stuck with me are when she played the society woman with a sharp wit. Her comedic timing was perfect and still gives me something to look up to. In honor of her, I have a few cocktail ideas for your next cocktail hour that are classy, sassy, and a little smart ass-y just like some of her most popular characters. Consider these cocktails for your next movie night or just when you've had one exhausting week (like I had this week).
