This tequila cocktail is perfect for an after dinner treat. Or basically anytime you want a treat. It's a sipping treat which is perfect for an at home date night.

Ingredients

2 oz Tequila

1 oz Allspice Dram

1 oz Orange Juice

4 dashes of Cocoa Bitters

Garnish: Orange Peel

I love this cocktail for how simple it is to make and how easy it is to drink. It's something that you can enjoy whether you are sitting fireside or watching tv after dinner. It's simple and powerful. A nice moment at the end of the day when you want something to drink but also want a dessert.

Recipe: In a cocktail shaker with ice, pour tequila, all spice dram, and orange juice. Dash in cocoa bitters. Close and shake until cold to the touch (about ten to fifteen seconds). Strain into an old fashioned glass with a large ice cube. Garnish with an orange peel.
