This week we are going to one of the OGs of the bourbon industry. Old Forester is a major player in the Kentucky bourbon game. I enjoyed visiting the distillery and doing a tasting of their offerings! I picked my favorite and that is what I did my cocktails on this week. Old Forester has a more classic taste to bourbon whiskey. It's strong but parable and classic which makes it perfect for cocktails or for casual sipping. It's one of the oldest distilleries in Kentucky.
