Ingredients

1 1/2 oz Grapefruit Juice

1 oz Simple Syrup

2 Rosemary Sprigs (muddled)

Top with Sparkling Water

Garnish: Rosemary Sprig and Grapefruit Slice

Recipe: In a cocktail shaker, muddle rosemary sprigs and simple syrup. Add ice and pour grapefruit juice. Close and Shake until cold (about ten to fifteen seconds). Double strain into a highball glass with ice. Top with Sparkling water. Garnish with a rosemary sprig and grapefruit slice.
