A beautiful Saturday made me want to revisit a classic book and practice my Spanish by reading it in Spanish first! So Jane Austen and a little sunshine, of course I needed a little bubbles.
Ingredients
3 oz Extra Dry Brut Champagne š¾
1 1/2 oz Bourbonš„
1 oz Cointreau
One sugar cube
Garnish: Orange sliceš
Recipe: Muddle sugar cube and orange slices to get a little juice, pour bourbon and cointreau, top with champagne and garnish with orange slice š
