Gin Martini

Ingredients

2 oz Gin

1 oz Creme de Violette

1 oz Lime Juice

1/2 oz Simple Syrup

Dash of purple glitter (half a teaspoon)

Garnish: Lime Wedge

Recipe: In a cocktail shaker with ice, pour gin, creme de violette, simple syrup, and lime juice. Dash in edible purple glitter. Close and shake until cold (about fifteen seconds). Strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.
