Victorians with a 1940s twist

Movies set in the Victorian age can range from the deliciously romantic to the scary as anything. I like them because they focus on the dark take on life with darker lighting, high drama, and social restrictions that make any moment sexily scary. Adding in the quick banter and sexuality of the 1940s and you have a recipe for a great drama and romantic movie. Inspired by some of my favorites of the genre, I have created cocktails to use the next time you want your dinner party to have a special edge to it.
